Abstract

I am conducting a mobile learning project using Apple iPads at a German Highschool with 1000 students from the age of 9 to 18 years (grade 5-12).
We began to use iPads in 2011 and it is a 1:n project. We also use open learning platforms as Wikis and open Weblogs to collaborate and to create OER (Open educational resources) with our students.
We use the student produced content of our Wikis to publish it as ebooks and share it over the internet.
The session is about the use of tumblr, wordpress-blogs and vine (twitter video) in class for collaborative student projects.
